I recently stayed at a wonderful studio complex in the south of Mauritius. Arkenstone Studios provided great value for my money, with its excellent location close to all the main sights in the area. The large bed was delightfully hard, perfect for getting a good night's sleep. The place was meticulously clean, with daily maintenance to ensure a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always looking out for my needs. With only three apartments, the place was quiet and peaceful, offering a tranquil ambiance. Don't forget to check out the rooftop terrace for breathtaking views, as it's often empty. I was also pleased to find no mosquitoes during my stay, adding to my overall satisfaction.

I had an amazing stay at Arkenstone Studios! Kevin, the host, was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations. He even organized a dolphin swimming trip for us. the studio itself was well-equipped and cleaned every day. the location was perfect, with easy access to Le Morne and Flic en Flac. There was even a supermarket within walking distance, which was very convenient. the place was modern, spacious, and extremely clean, with a stunning ocean view from all the rooms. I highly recommend this place for a self-organized trip in Mauritius.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the outstanding service and attention to detail. The room was immaculately cleaned and the new air conditioning kept us super comfortable. During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious and clean studio at this hotel. It was so refreshing to have daily cleaning service and a big studio with plenty of space. Plus, the location was perfect – just a stone's throw away from a large supermarket. This made it really convenient for stocking up on supplies and groceries. the hotel's proximity to the coast allowed me to easily explore the beautiful southwest region on a scooter. It was such a fun adventure!

While my overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. it would have been great if the studio provided some basic cooking essentials like spices and oil.

The location was excellent, with easy access to attractions like La Morne hike and beach, Black River Gorges National Park, Tamarin, Flic en Flac. Kevin, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive, and organized a dolphin snorkel trip for us. The wifi was excellent, and we would happily recommend this place.
